（1）确定关键词。综述一般都是受邀请才写的。根据编辑的来信，仔细分析，确定2到3个关键词。
（2）检索文献。过程比较辛苦，输入关键词，往往会有海量的文献，一篇一篇的看摘要，下载相关的文献。
（3）甄别分类文献。一篇一篇的快速浏览文献，每篇文献用最最简洁的几个单词概括出内容，记在速记本上。给每篇综述划分关注等级：完全相关，相关和不相关。
（4）精读文献，提炼观点。这个过程很痛苦，我差不多画了一个多月的时间才完成。
（5）确定提纲。只有精读完所有相关文献后，才能确定提纲。因为只有这个时候，自己才真正知道自己要写什么，哪些是重点，哪些是热点，哪些是难点。提纲要突出重点，关注热点，展望难点。
（6）确定用图。图是文章中最亮点的地方。好的论文，必有好的图。好的标准是：简洁，美观大方，有艺术特色。大家去浏览牛刊（如Science, Nature 等）的论文，里面的图绝对不是作者随手画的。那都是作者绞尽脑汁创作出来的。甚至有的图，还要请艺术家美术家来加工美化。所以文章里的用图要慎重对待。
综述的图大部分都是引用别人文献的图。选用的标准当然选用漂亮的。把确定要用的图，用高分辨率（600 dpi以上）截取下来，存成tif格式，然后ps。多余的注释去掉，调整字体，改变配色，使得其尽量漂亮一点。所有的线图，最好都重新做。
ps图很折磨人的，要有耐心才行。我的文章有13幅图，其中自己的图3个，其他文献的10个。光这13个图，我就处理了1周。
（7）根据提纲写正文。对每个提纲，找出所有相关文献（速记本的作用）。然后把每篇的文献的内容复述到自己word文档里，一开始可以没有逻辑顺序。等到综述的足够多的时候，再稍加整理，理清逻辑顺序。
（8）写结论。总结已写的正文，写出结论。
（9）写引言。引言不要一开始就写。因为引言要匹配正文。只有正文写完了，才能根据正文和结论，来写煽动性的引言。读者一看完引言，就有极其强烈的欲望，想接着忘下看。这是成功引言的标准。引言要花功夫才能写好的。
（10）写展望。综述必不可少的是展望。要提出自己的观点，总结已有的成果，展望难点，展望发展方向。好的展望，那是作者水平的体现。
（11）写摘要。摘要要放在最后写。用最简洁的语句概括出综述的内容和价值。
（12）润色。主要是理清逻辑顺序，前后要关联好，语句要通顺。有否词不达义的现象？有否用词不准的地方？有否以偏盖全的现象等。很多单词和句式最好查下字典，不要想当然。这是作者英语水平的体现。
（13）检查。分4遍检查。第一遍只检查拼写，第二遍只检查单复数，第三遍只检查时态，第四遍最后亚总体检查一下。

由公式 password=welcome+(X) 代换为：

password=welcome+Ingenta
password=welcome+Blackwell
password=welcome+EBSCO
password=welcome+Ebrary
password=welcome+…………
好，把任何一个代换结果放到 google.com 中去查询，您要
什么，就有什么。
啊，顺带补充一句，如果把公式中的等号和加号去掉，如把
password=welcome+ProQuest 写为：
password welcome ProQuest 也许效果更好。

Para-2 分析原因
First and foremost, 原因之一. On the contrary, 对立观点的劣势。However，补一句我方观点的优势。Besides，原因之二。Last but not least, 原因之三。
Para-3 重申立场
Notwithstanding, 对立观点的一点点优势，in my opinion, 重申我的观点。

原因分析型
Para-1 背景描述，阐明观点

As the development of … is growing rapidly, 介绍文章主题； meanwhile, 主题发展快 at the same time. Among countless factors which contribute to…, there exist three most conspicuous ones:
Para-2 具体原因一二三
First and foremost, …is the primary cause…, …Besides, 问题is also result from…Last but not least, … is responsible for 问题， as well.
Para-3 呼吁解决问题
As far as I am concerned, enhancing people’s awareness of 问题and setting up relevant rules and regulations ought to be top priorities of the agenda. In a nutshell, there is reason to believe that only when such stories come to an end, can we maintain a happy, health and harmonious society as well as we all wish.

问题影响（利gaining/弊effects）型
Para-1 背景描述，阐明观点
As the development of … is growing rapidly, 介绍文章主题； meanwhile, 主题发展快 at the same time. Regardless of concerns over this issue, however, it seems that, 问题 are of great benefit to us all (have harmful effects on us all).
 Para-2 具体利弊一二三
Para-3 利重申，弊解决
利：in my opinion, 重申我的观点。
弊：As far as I am concerned, enhancing people’s awareness of 问题and setting up relevant rules and regulations ought to be top priorities of the agenda. In a nutshell, there is reason to believe that only when such stories come to an end, can we maintain a happy, health and harmonious society as well as we all wish.

      特别是上学期积压的本科课程设计，在修改他们设计的过程中发现很多问题：他们很喜欢以自我为中心，总是以为自己的格式很美观，很完善，其实根本就不是要求的那样，也许他们追求另类美的，叫非主流？老师帮他们修改的，然后交代说其余的自己依葫芦画瓢去修改，开始过一天又提交同样的版本，有时候真想K人。没有办法，只有帮他们一个一个的修改，一个字，累啊。

第一招：看全身  经过催熟的水果虽然看起来跟自然成熟的水果无异，但仔细看一下，其果蒂发青、纹理浅淡，看起来颜色比自然成熟的水果颜色要光亮一些。比如橙子、桔子类水果催熟后颜色呈亮黄色，但桔子蒂是干的，与自然长熟的桔子青绿色的蒂有所区别。而番茄、苹果经催熟后水果表面颜色不一致，香蕉表皮熏黄后嫩黄好看，没有自然成熟的香蕉“斑点”。
第二招：闻气味  自然成熟的水果一般在表皮上就能闻到果香味，而大多数催熟的水果是发不出香味的，有些甚至发出异味。
第三招：测重量   对比自然成熟的水果，经过催熟、注水的水果要明显比成熟水果重。
